To achieve lower average rents in Toronto by increasing the supply of rental units.

To advocate for provincial and municipal policies that target foreign owners of “ghost” apartments.

To raise awareness about the significant role of ghost apartments in the housing supply crisis.

To petition municipal and provincial governments to pass stronger enforcement measures targeting foreign-owned vacant units.

To make ghost apartments an election issue in the 2023 mayoral campaign and future elections.
